According to the Farmers' Almanac, winter is going to be a season of flip-flop conditions with notable polar coaster swings in temperatures.

Wyoming could be looking at a wet, windy winter, according to a Cheyenne-based meteorologist.

Cheyenne-based meteorologist Don Day Jr. says this winter will probably be colder and snowier than usual, especially in the eastern half of Wyoming.
