Efforts to clear a section of the Union Pacific Railroad where 16 train cars went of the rails on Monday are continuing this (Tuesday) morning, according to railroad officials.
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A train conductor is suing Union Pacific Railroad arguing that the company's negligence and safety violations led to him being thrown from a rail car in a Cheyenne train yard and losing part of his foot.
