As U.S. Forest Service officials work to revise a plan for managing the Shoshone National Forest, some skiers are calling for a snowmobile ban near Two Oceans Peak on Togwotee Pass. Reconstruction of U.S. 26-287, the Togwotee Trail to Yellowstone, is continuing this summer. WYDOT officials say prospects are good the project will be substantially complete by the fall of 2012.
