The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a tractor trailer that was pulled over during a traffic stop over the weekend was carrying 231 pounds of marijuana worth almost $1.4 million dollars. The nation's corn and soybean crops are experiencing declining yields due to drought conditions in parts of the country. The U.S.D.A  had projected a record  harvest, but officials say as much as 60 percent of the corn crop is facing moderate to extreme drought.
