Increased late season rains have raised estimates on production and yield levels for the nation's soybean crop, according to Gerry Bange of the World Agricultural Outlook Board. The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a tractor trailer that was pulled over during a traffic stop over the weekend was carrying 231 pounds of marijuana worth almost $1.4 million dollars. The nation's corn and soybean crops are experiencing declining yields due to drought conditions in parts of the country. The U.S.D.A  had projected a record  harvest, but officials say as much as 60 percent of the corn crop is facing moderate to extreme drought. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has rejected a proposal to allow unlimited mountain lion hunting in parts of the Black Hills. Amy Ri
