Senate File 32

The committee voted 3-2 against the bill on Tuesday.

A similar bill, House Bill 106, remains alive in the Wyoming House of Representatives and at last report was still awaiting action in a House committee.

Senate File 32 would bar people from changing their party registration in the ten weeks leading up to the primary election

Current Law allows voters to vote in either primary simply by changing their party registration at any time.
