The Wyoming State Forestry Division says more than 50 large range fires burned at least 93,000 acres of state and private land this year. Doug Randall has the story. Wyoming Secretary of State Max Maxfield recently signed a final consent order that required brokerage firm Raymond James to pay a $21,489 fine to the State of Wyoming. Maxfield says the order also required Raymond James to complete or
