On the eve of her possible ousting from her role as the House Republican Chair, Congresswoman Cheney once more dug her heels in the ground and drew a line in the sand, saying that Trump and his followers threaten to unravel democracy.
Governor Mark Gordon recently issued a statement regarding the Biden Administration's 30x30 Report (a goal to conserve 30 percent of the nation's land and waters by the year 2030), and the Governor was cautiously optimistic about what the report entailed.
"History is watching," Cheney wrote. "Our children are watching. We must be brave enough to defend the basic principles that underpin and protect our freedom and our democratic process. I am committed to doing that, no matter what the short-term political consequences might be."
"Actions like the ones President Biden took today infringe on the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans, while doing nothing to prevent criminals from committing the tragic attacks we have seen in communities across our country."
Though the Biden Administration has not unveiled it's Infrastructure Plan yet (Biden is set to announce the plan on Wednesday) rumors abound on what it could include, and Senator Barrasso has already called the plan a 'Trojan Horse,' used to disguise what he believes Democrats actually want to spend money on.
