The Wyoming Board of Education voted 8-4 Friday to adopt the nation’s common core state standards. This will mean some changes in curricula and statewide assessments. An $11 million ranch in northern Albany County is one of the few major ranch purchases by the Wyoming Office of  State Lands and Investments. Doug Randall reports.
