Mental Health First Aid

The training will take place on Nov. 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The eight-hour course is being taught by Peak Wellness Center and is limited to 30 people.

Much like CPR is rendered until first responders arrive, the class teaches people how to intervene in a mental health crisis.
