Since City Council races are non-partisan in Wyoming, the top-two finishers for each open seat will advance to the November general elections.

Hearings before the Board of Professional Responsibility on the allegations against Manlove are continuing through this week.

Manlove is currently facing hearings that could lead to her being removed from office.

As of Wednesday morning, the page had raised $935 towards a goal of $20,000. Manlove herself donated $20.

Leigh Ann Manlove says her office doesn't have the resources to go after mask violaters and she doesn't consider violating the mandate to be a crime.
