Some of the plaintiffs claim the local leadership pressured them to vote to admit Smith and ignored their concerns or else face retaliation.

Governor Mark Gordon announced on Thursday that Wyoming has joined 24 other states in a lawsuit over a rule from the Department of Labor that would impact the retirement accounts of countless Wyoming residents.

The new lawsuit is targeted at the paused sales that should have taken place in the second and third quarters of 2021 and the third quarter of 2022.

A representative of UFO Magazine did not return a call seeking comment.

LCpl Rylee McCollum was killed in Afghanistan on August 26, 2021, when a suicide bomber attacked his unit. His sisters and widow are named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
