The work will cause the intersection to be closed, with traffic being detoured to 4th Street via Ivinson and Garfield.

Motorists should expect potential delays from lane closures, reduced speed limits, flaggers and other traffic control as the work is taking place.

WYDOT is re-doing the road surface on 3rd Street through the town of Laramie from the I-80/3rd St interchange all the way to the 3rd St/Curtis St intersection.
