An investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot at an apartment complex in southwest Cheyenne early Saturday morning, police say.

This is the third reported fatal crash in Laramie County in the last five days, and the fifth reported fatal crash in Laramie County this year.

The crime occurred in the 500 block of Williams Street in the West Winds Mobile Home Community.
