A Cheyenne man with a history of violence who was arrested in March of 2023 after kidnapping a woman and threatening to shoot her has been sentenced to federal prison.

Prosecutors allege that Parnas and Fruman conspired to make illegal contributions in an effort to skirt the limit on federal campaign contributions.

He has vowed to carry on and is deadlocked in the polls ahead of the Apr.9 national elections.
