A South Dakota woman convicted of defrauding Wyoming's Medicaid program has been sentenced to 27 months in prison and ordered to pay $76,626.65 in restitution.
A federal jury in Wyoming has convicted a 64-year-old Oelrichs, South Dakota woman for Medicaid fraud, acting U.S. Attorney Bob Murray announced Thursday.
In addition to prison, the Sinks were also ordered to pay over $6.2 million in restitution and to forfeit over $750,000 in assets traceable to the fraud.
