Wyoming Highway Patrol troopers arrested three people and seized 170 pounds of marijuana in a traffic stop on Interstate 80 Saturday morning.

A Wyoming man is dead after crashing his pickup in Green River, the Wyoming Highway Patrol says.

The Green River Police Department is warning people not to handle any suspicious packages they may find, and specifically not to bring them to the police station.

A man is behind bars following a high-speed, multi-county car chase and SWAT standoff on Interstate 80 in Wyoming late Friday afternoon, the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office says.

While no explosive device was found, the incident remains under investigation.

According to the post, the driver refused to get out of the vehicle, and instead started shooting at police.
