Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis was asked to give the commencement address at a University of Wyoming graduation and, in doing so, she ended up almost getting booed off the stage by those in attendance, due to a comment about the two (or more) sexes.

In recognition of Joe Kelsey's work furthering Wyoming's reputation around the world, the University of Wyoming has announced that they will honor Kelsey with their highest distinction; an honorary doctoral degree. The award ceremony will coincide with the Commencement Ceremony of the college on May 14th. Kelsey is also scheduled to provide the keynote speech at the graduation ceremony at 8:30 a.m. in the Arena Auditorium.
Laramie County School District 1 announced early Wednesday evening that this year's high school graduation ceremonies will be held June 12 and 13 at Frontier Park.
