Fort Bridger is one of Wyoming's most historic sites. Established as a trading post in 1842, it became a popular resting place for weary travelers on the Oregon, California, and Mormon Trails.

The settlement absolves both sides: "Nothing in this Consent Decree shall constitute and admission of wrongdoing or the concession of any fact or question of law by any party."
Federal transportation officials are calling for a ban on cell phones and other portable electronic devices by motorists. The proposed ban would include hands-free cell phone devices, but not GPS systems. Amy Richards has details.
