Investigators think Griego may have been sleeping underneath the truck and was killed when the driver of the vehicle drove off in the semi.

Cheyenne police have identified the man ran over and killed at Frontier Park Tuesday morning as 65-year-old Albert Shoreman of Texas.

Cheyenne police say a male was exiting the bed of a pickup that had slowed to a stop when he fell to the ground and the pickup driver accidentally ran him over.

The College National Finals Rodeo says two contestants passed away in a Kansas vehicle accident Friday morning.

Meanwhile, school district officials have notified parents of the students on the bus. Counselors are on standby for any student who requires assistance.

The fatal crash remains under investigation.

The accident happened Monday afternoon on Wyoming Highway 22.

The sheriff's office expressed condolences to the unnamed boy's family.

Neither was wearing a helmet.
