The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) claims their clean power plan's sole effort is to simply reduce the impact the United States has on global warming, but is that all?

Rocky Mountain Power says proposed federal environmental regulations could close many of its coal fired power plants in Wyoming early. The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) says it welcomes recommendations fro a panel of scientists to change the way the agency manages wild horses.

Governor Matt Mead, in news release,  said that the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed standards for power plant emissions could be "very hurtful to Wyoming " and the entire country. Mead said the proposal likely means that there would be no new coal fired power plants built unless they have carbon capture and sequestration capabilities. Governor Mead said th
