The EPA has settled with Dyno Nobel over allegations that it failed to comply with hazardous chemical emergency release notification requirements at its Cheyenne plant.
Efforts to clear a section of the Union Pacific Railroad where 16 train cars went of the rails on Monday are continuing this (Tuesday) morning, according to railroad officials.
