Councilman Rocky Case

Councilman Case said on Friday " I'm not sure how this rises to the level of an emergency, to spend that kind of money without council approval."

Councilman Case says that while he isn't sure whether the use of the truck breaks any laws, it certainly doesn't look good for a public official.

City Council President Rocky Case said the chief's comments are unacceptable on a city Facebook page.

The Committee of the Whole will take public comment on Case's proposal.
