A man is behind bars after allegedly stealing a commercial truck and leading a Wyoming trooper on a pursuit.

According to WyoRoad.info, the road surface in the area where the crash occurred was slick in spots with blowing snow Thursday morning.

A Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper was injured Thursday afternoon when her patrol car was hit by a commercial truck south of Wheatland.

The driver overcorrected, causing the combination unit to roll onto the driver's side.
