Wyoming's Republican Incumbent U.S. Senator and Congresswoman appear to hold the edge against their Democratic challengers in statewide voting today. Wyoming law enforcement officials say that even if a Colorado ballot initiative decriminalizing possession of small amounts of marijuana is approved in today's election it will not change their enforcement of the state's marijuana laws, even for stat
