Congresswoman Cynthia Lummis (R-WY)  says lawmakers received a lot of push back on the proposed Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). The Carbon County Commission has approved resolutions supporting a Texas company's plan to issue $545 million in bonds to help fund construction of a planned $2 billion dollar coal to gasoline plant. The Wyoming Business Council is asking the Idaho National Laboratory to review a private company's plan to build a coal-to gasoline plant in Carbon County. Doug Randall reports.
