Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says he supports a proposed annexation of about 900 acres of the Swan Ranch Industrial Park, despite concerns that it will cost the city more money than it will bring in.
The city council earlier this week postponed the annexation proposal until August 26th so that council members can review a revised development agreement before voting on the issue...
Revenues from building permits were a big factor in the increase in money flowing into the city, with a final figure of $1.9 million according to the mayor. That compare with projections of only $428, 000.
