Casper History

With a sense of reverence, Fort Caspar will soon unveil new headstones that commemorate the courage of soldiers lost yet never forgotten.

Due to repeated "violations of wartime rationing restrictions" in the area, the cities of Casper and Cheyenne temporarily outlawed the sale of coffee.

Postcards have been replaced with text messages or Facebook posts. It is a lost art form. However, these images from Casper's past tell an interesting story.
