Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who was seen stealing property from a vehicle at Wyoming Downs.

Tipsters may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

The Laramie County Sheriff's Department is looking for a suspect in a pair of car burglaries recently at 814 E. Allison.
