Details about the victims of the mass shooting in a Colorado movie theater have been scant thus far, but the name of one woman killed in the attack has now been made public — and the details of the days leading up to her death are downright eerie.

On the heels of this morning’s shootings at a ‘Dark Knight Rises‘ screening in Aurora, Colorado that left 12 dead and 50 injured, Warner Bros. is considering cancelling screenings of the film across the country.

  KOA in Denver is reporting that James Holmes, the gunman who killed at least 12 people ata midnight showing of the new Batman movie, told police he was the "Joker."

FBI agents  and police used a hook and ladder fire truck to reach the Denver suburb apartment window of the suspect in a mass shooting at a movie theater in Aurora. Cheyenne Police spokesman Sergeant Rob Dafoe on Friday called the movie theater shootings  in Aurora, Colorado ''A terrible tragedy''. Dafoe went on to say he feels ''it's too soon'' to offer further comment on the situation. When asked about how Cheyenne Police would handle such a situation, Dafoe said any  such comments would be ''speculative"...

Update 7:51 a.m (AP) The masked gunman who killed at least 12 people at a midnight showing of the new Batman movie in a suburb of Denver was allegedly a 24-year-old man named James Holmes, officials told NBC News on Friday. The gunman, who was wearing a bullet-proof vest and dressed entirely in black, was not on any watch list that would have alerted authorities that he was dangerous, officials. R
