Malatesta says secure perimeters are pretty routine and parents shouldn't be overly concerned.

Due to a domestic disturbance, Alta Vista Elementary School in Cheyenne was placed in a green lockdown at 9:25 a.m. this (Friday) morning.

Alta Vista improved to yellow or green in most categories, indicating it was at or above national standards for academic performance
