A Cheyenne man who ran from police with methamphetamine in his pocket was sentenced Thursday in Laramie County District Court to two to four years in prison.

A 25-year-old Cheyenne man has been sentenced to two to four years in prison after holding a woman hostage in her home and threatening her with a knife.
