University of Wyoming Basketball Coach Larry Shyatt says he expects a physical challenge from the University of Denver on Tuesday night.

Shyatt says although the Pioneers may not be as well publicized as some other Cowboy opponents ''they possibly may be the most physical team we play year to year".

Shyatt also says the Wyoming intentionally scheduled a tough pre-conference schedule of teams including Colorado, New Mexico State, Denver and the University of California to challenge his players and get them ready for conference play.

Wyoming, coming off a hard-fought 78-75 win over New Mexico State, takes a 6-0 record into Tuesday night's game against the Pioneers.
