University of  Wyoming Basketball coach Larry Shyatt says his team is excited about the opportunity to continue their season after landing a spot in the College Basketball Invitational tournament. Shyatt points out the team will reach the 21 victory mark with a win over North Dakota State, a victory total the pokes have not seen  in a decade. Shyatt also says the perception of the CBI as a second rate tournament is inaccurate. He says in the few years the tournament has existed national powers including Cincinnati , St. Johns, Virginia and Stanford have played in the CBI. The cowboys will host North Dakota State Wednesday night at 7 in the Arena-Auditorium in Laramie.
