Most residents in Cheyenne know how bad the parking situations can be, at times. Maybe some people think it's all the time. Is it time for an upgrade to the parking laws in town?

There is an ordinance on the books that states that drivers can't park on the same side of a block more than once a day. The ordinance can be found under 10.60.10.

So, if you are doing business at one place on Capital Ave and decided to go south and park again, so you can grab a cup of coffee, should you be ticketed for that?

Should some of the parking ordinances in the downtown area be looked at, and possibly changed? Or should the city continue to be able to be creative in their ticketing?
