Scientists To Develop New Criteria for Measuring Livestock Emissions [AUDIO]

A state facility for the developmentally disabled in central Wyoming is accused of confining residents in restraint chairs more than 100 times during a four year period. A 2006 UN report said that global livestock production was responsible for 18 percent of all greenhouse gas emissions. Some scientists challenged that report and a new methodology is being developed to measure livestock emissions.
