Taco John's fans in Cheyenne won't be able to get lunch at the corner of 23rd and Carey for the next few months.

That's because the existing building at that site has been demolished to make room for a new, slightly larger modernized building at the same location. The new building will feature the franchise's latest and most modern kitchen equipment.

The site plan for the new building was approved in just five weeks, which city officials say shows how closely the plan adhered to city codes.
