CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Lottery Corporation has updated its lawsuit against a Cheyenne man the company accuses of disparaging its operations.

The company this week filed a more detailed civil lawsuit in state court in Cheyenne against Edward Atchison.

A judge earlier denied Atchison's request to dismiss the lawsuit and ordered the company to provide more details about its claims.

The company claims Atchison has tried to sabotage its relationship with national lottery organizations.

Atchison has written letters to the editors of Wyoming newspapers expressing concern the company hasn't done enough to address problem gambling.

The Wyoming Legislature created the company, which started selling lottery tickets last year.
