If you didn't get a chance to get a license for cow/calf elk or doe deer/antelope, July 15 is the day they will go on sale. You don't have to miss out on the fun after all.  If you are a hunter and are still interested in purchasing reduced price doe/fawn deer and antelope licenses, or cow/calf elk licenses, the Wyoming Department of Game and Fish is giving you the opportunity to do so on July 15, 2015.

A reason for the price reduction is because many of the quotas were filled for many areas during the initial drawing, but there are still available licenses in areas. You can purchase reduced licenses in addition to regular full-price licenses or separately.

There are other areas where there are left over licenses, however the Wyoming Department of Game and Fish are encouraging hunters to obtain permission to hunt from land owners before applying for one.

Hunters who are interested in the sale of the above reduced licenses need to contact Game and Fish via their website here: Wyoming Game and Fish.

Hunters who may have additional questions concerning license applications or hunting areas, need to contact the Game and Fish at 307-777-4600. Good luck and happy hunting!
