LCCC Fundraising Effort Continues

The Laramie County Community College Foundation's Matching the Spirit Campaign is ongoing. During the 2010 Legislative Session, state lawmakers gave LCCC an additional $500,000 to be matched dollar-for dollar through the State’s Community College Challenge Grant, bringing the Foundation’s Matching the Spirit Campaign to a total of $8 million in matching endowment funds available.

To Date $7 million  has been raised. LCCC spokesman Ty Stockton says the campaign is about investing in the future.  So far the campaign has added more than $14 million to the Foundation's endowments and when complete it will total $16 million.
