Lawmakers Against National Conservation Designation For Red Desert [AUDIO]

Carbon County authorities say a man who was riding on an all-terrain vehicle died after the four-wheeler hit a rock and toppled into Seminoe Reservoir. Several state lawmakers say they are against a proposal by an environmental group to protect large portions of the Red Desert as a National Conservation Area.
