Laramie Man Charged with Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree

At around 2 am on July 13, Laramie Police Officers responded to a report of a subject that had been cut inside of a residence on South 9th St.

Following the officer's investigation, 40-year-old Paul S. Harper of Laramie was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Deadly Weapon with Unlawful Intent.

Bond has not yet been set for Harper and he remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.
