Laramie County Man Wanted for Strangling Wife [VIDEO]

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating 33-year-old Cas Howard.

"Howard is wanted in connection with a felony domestic violence charge where he strangulated his wife," said Lt. Don Hollingshead. "He's wanted for some minor charges as well."

Howard is a 6-foot-3, white male weighing about 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.

"Please do not approach this individual," said Hollinghead. "Just call law enforcement."
