Laramie County Commissioner Explains Fifth Penny Tax Ballot

Laramie County Commissioner Linda Heath dropped by the KGAB studio on Thursday morning to speak with Doug Randall about the county items on the fifth-penny sales tax ballot that will be voted on by Laramie County residents on November 6th.
