PhotoFest! Riverton/Strannigan Basketball Tournament

The Strannigan Basketball Tournament in Riverton over the weekend featured teams from the east and west sides of the state so these squads tangled with a couple of Fremont County schools. For the girls in this tournament, Cheyenne East and Cheyenne Central went 4-0 so that's a great start for the Thunderbirds and Indians. Shoshoni went 3-1, Riverton and Evanston each went 1-2 with Star Valley and Jackson going 0-3.

On the boy's side, Cheyenne East won all 4 of their games in the tournament with Cheyenne Central and Shoshoni going 3-1. Riverton, Star Valley, and Evanston were all 1-2, with Jackson going 0-3. It was a good event for these teams to know where they stand moving forward and assuredly, there is plenty to work on.
