U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., is encouraging college students and graduates to apply for an internship in his Washington, D.C. office this fall.  Enzi says the internship offers experience in the direct operations of our nation’s government. Interns have the ability to network, develop job skills and gain knowledge to further their education and future career choices.

Senator Enzi provides a monthly stipend for his interns and many colleges typically offer school credit for internship programs. Senator Enzi encourages candidates to look into specific programs provided by their schools and take full advantage of their time in his office. The fall internship for 2012 runs from September 4 to December 14. Priority is given to students and graduates from Wyoming, or those studying in Wyoming, who have achieved at least a sophomore status at an accredited university or college. The deadline for applications is July 6th.
