House Passes Strangulation Bill

The Wyoming House passed a bill Monday that would make strangulation of a family member a felony. The Wyoming Senate passed a bill that eliminates the right to refuse to take a test for those suspected of driving while under the influence. Click past the jump to listen to the Legislative Report.
