If you're not afraid to get dirty, and want to learn how to build and help your neighbor in need, then look no farther than helping out with Habitat for Humanity in Cheyenne.  Two great events are coming your way in the month of April, and Habitat for Humanity could really use your skills and your help.

There are some women build weekends right around the corner. Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday May 3rd, Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County will launch their 2015 Build Season and your volunteer expertise is great needed.

On Monday, April 13th at 6 p.m., joint Habitat for Humanity in the Sunflower Room (third floor) at the Laramie County Library to learn more about hammers, nails and volunteerism during the eight annual "National Women Build Week".

Also, The Spring Latex Paint Recycling Event will be going on as well. Habitat for Humanity has teamed up with a company in Colorado called GreenSheen Paint, for a one day event of rounding up your unused latex paint on Saturday, April 18th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For more details on these and other events with Habitat for Humanity, please contact Executive Director Kate Wright at 307-637-8067 or visit their website at www.cheyennehabitat.org.
