Governor Mead Signs Bills

Governor Matt Mead signed several bills Thursday, including Senate File 41, which extends the Film Industry Financial Incentives program, and House Bill 75, which would require testing for sexually transmitted diseases for a person accused of sexual assault.  Lawmakers in both the House and Senate finished up third reading of the supplemental budget bill.
