Friday is always a special day on The Morning Zone with both The Kids At Risk series and now the Wyoming Perspectives series.

7:07AM MDT: Kids-At-Risk....Licensed Professional Counselor, Renee Hanson and Child Advocate, John Frentheway join Dave Chaffin as they discuss a Northwestern University study where  researchers have developed an easy-to-administer questionnaire specifically designed to distinguish the typical misbehaviour of early childhood from more serious misbehaviour. This will enable early identification and treatment of emerging mental health problems, key to preventing young children struggling with their behaviour from spiralling downward into chronic mental health problems. The new tool also will prevent rampant mislabelling and over-treatment of typical misbehaviour, The Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry reported.

8:07AM MDT: Wyoming Perspectives...Wyoming State Legislator Amy Edmonds and Wyoming liberty Group Economist, Sven Larson join Dave to do a recap of the GOP convention, talking some more about Ryan's plan and it's effect on Wyoming.  Also, Sven would like to talk about the most recent GDP numbers coming out...the last before the Nov. election and what they mean for Wyoming's economy.

9:07AM MDT: Open Lines...Call and express your views at 1-888-503-6500 toll free or 307-632-6500 or 632-3323 locally
