A 50-year-old Fort Collins man is facing Felony charges including Trafficking A Minor For Sexual Servitude, Pandering of A Child and Sexual Assault after being arrested on April 2.

That's according to a post on the Fort Collins Police Services Facebook page.

Case Began With A Tip In Early March

The case began on March 6 when the Larimer County Department of Human Services tipped off Fort Collins Police about a possible sexual trafficking incident. Investigators determined that 50-year-old John R. Fischer, who according to the post ''was providing alcohol, methamphetamine, and cocaine to minors as well as engaging in sexual activities with at least one victim in exchange for cash and clothing.''

The post says Fischer was arrested on April 2 on the following charges:

On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, detectives took Fischer into custody and booked him into Larimer County Jail on the following charges:
• Class 4 Felony - Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (3 Counts)
• Class 2 Felony - Human Trafficking of a Minor for Sexual Servitude (1 Count)
Additional charges were filed on April 4, 2025:
• Class 1 Felony - Distribution of a Controlled Substance to a Minor, Schedule II (2 Counts)
• Class 4 Felony - Sexual Assault (2 Counts)
• Class 2 Felony - Pandering of a Child (1 Count)
